Lost 6 Lbs

Hey There Lovelies

soooo... i lost 6lbs.... while i ate on this diet YES! i did it i did it....... lalalalalala... and i love eating healthy... all the yummy salads and wraps i can totally get used to this eatin' right thing!

Took Aubrey to her playgroup this morning so there is no reviews yet today... but one coming very soon about the L'oreal Telescopic Explosion and i have alot to say about it both great and not so great so that will be up later this afternoon...

Day 2 of The Master Cleanse

so i started my day out with a sea salt water flush. it went good... lots of bowel movements... i could see where the sea salt flush cleanses your system, but definetly drink the whole liter. then day as normal.... then i started feeling dizzy (note the headaches yesterday) so i decided that i need to put food in my body... i cant be pestered with the dizzy's all day i have a daughter to chase! so i made a frozen chicken breast in the oven with nothing but garlic salt... then added the chicken to a bed of organic baby spinach with slivered almonds and Newman's All Natural Balsamic Vinigarette... YUM. so good and i didnt feel guilty at all... i got in some mild afternoon exercise and kept on downing the water... here are some pics of the things i have been using in my diet.

9:34 pm first day of master cleanse

ok so this has been a long challenging day.... whew... but i did it yay . i will wake up tomorrow and do the sea salt flush, then get on with my day with the juice. its not as bad as i thought but if your used to eating fast food everyday or even subway or any take out this will be hard. hard to resist the urge to go to the corner for Carmela's or Burger King... haha i did it!! (big smile)

5 pm first day of master cleanse

ok so it is 5pm... i made it this long? who knew i could stay away from the pantry this long? i am hoping that tommorow is better. this is hard dont get me wrong, if you love food this is really really hard. like it is for me. but i am determined.

this afternoon i weighed in at 168.4 my goal is at 130... holy cow that is 38.4 lbs.... no way... could i possibly stay on the cleanse til it is all gone? why not, maybe i could get used to this somehow... we'll see...

Jane No Show Concealer

this concealer was a surprise... it does cover. i reccomend you use it for blemishes or redness. its not so good on under eye circles... im sure it could work for the less noticeable under eye circles. it has a horrible smell but it does go away by the time it dries (not long). i paid $3.69 at regular price so cheap enough to try it out!

Sally Hansen Invisible Lip Liner

so this lip liner is a new staple to my collection. of course you dont see it when you apply it, hence invisible lip liner, but the result is amazing its like a base for you lipstick. it keeps your lipstick or gloss from budging on your face. it really helps nude from having those separating lines when you rub your lips together. it has a slight crayon smell but not bad at all and it disappears within seconds. and i only paid $1.26 at riteaid because it was 75percent off... but usually it ranges between $5-$7... totally worth every penny...

the master cleanse lemonade diet

hi everyone... so this morning was the beginning of my master cleanse diet! i made the drink and was so nervous that it would taste like poo but it was actually pretty good... my brother is coming over at noon and i will take pics of how we make it and his reaction lol. so stay tuned i will update my blog everyday about my progress, challenges and the positive aspects.

so i have had a couple people ask me if i was going to blog anymore... and i thought about it and maybe that would be a very good idea. More so to unwind and let my feelings guide me with perks of makeup reviews and recommendations.
